For payment delay requests:

Indicate your file number, your e-mail address and your telephone number,

Attach any proof of income and expenses and

Make a down payment and attach your proof of payment.

We will get back to you to confirm our agreement or the need to meet with you to study your situation together. As long as you have no news, make sure to continue with the payment plan you have proposed.

You have received a document from a Bailiff, what do you need to do?

Take action! Don't wait for the Bailiff to show up again or send you a reminder letter!

It is really essential to react immediately, by making contact either by phone, fax or email.

Always remember to provide the reference number that appears on the document you received. This is important in order to identify your file and be able to help you properly.

You can dispute the case or the amount you are being charged.

Either you introduce a recourse, or the Bailiff will become the intermediary between you and your creditor (or the other party), to conciliate the parties or to facilitate the obtaining of a payment plan (be careful, the creditor can refuse the payment plan because he remains "master" of his file, but the Bailiff can intervene in your favor if he notices that your situation does not make it possible to meet the requirements of your creditor).

Keep in mind that as long as you don't get in touch with the office, the procedure will continue and the costs will only increase at your expense!
