Competences within the judicial district of Brussels
Our office has territorial jurisdiction over the entire jurisdiction of the Judicial District of Brussels (Brussels, Halle and Vilvoorde).
On a national scale
We can also intervene on the whole national territory through a network of judicial officers with whom we correspond regularly. We also take care of the amicable collection on the whole national territory.
On an international scale
We also work on an international scale, through collaborations between Court Bailiffs from third countries.
